Wrapettes
Requirements:
- Open or close availability

Part-time/Full-time assistant manager
Leadership Expectations
- Wrapsody is built on exceptional communication and teamwork to ensure a balance between customer service and daily operations. The candidate will need to stay on top of important company information from upper-level management and partner with full-time managers to ensure communication reaches all levels of the team.
- Lead by example. The part-time assistant store manager must be engaging with customers and promote a collaborative selling environment for the entire team.
- Prioritize employee development to ensure team's product knowledge for the ultimate customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Help manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met.
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory management, opening and closing the store.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to staff to meet all operational, visual, and selling needs.
- Partner with full-time managers to collaborate and execute floor moves and visual integrity.
- Track and manage inventory at store level as well as oversee receiving product into system.
Qualifications
- Passion for people, product, and trends
- Retail management experience desired
- Minimum of one year retail experience required
- Two to Four-year degree or equivalent preferred, not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
Marketing Manager
Content Creation:
- Comfortable with taking pictures and video on phone
- Good eye for photography and aesthetics of business
- Visiting store locations and taking photos of product, displays, and events
- Organizing content on Google Photos
- Talking with Wrapsody store locations weekly for content needed
Graphic Design:
(Proficient in Canva Pro and Adobe Photoshop)
- Create graphics for promotional events for socials, emails, and print ads
- Design printed marketing materials such as bookmarks, mailers, enclosure cards, etc
- Create daily Instagram stories
- Editing logos and branding suite in Photoshop as needed for printed materials
- Design various materials for store promotions, events, etc.
Social Media:
- Maintain consistent brand image on all Wrapsody platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, occasionally Pinterest)
- Schedule in feed post with picture and caption through Meta Business Suite or Later
- Post stories daily
- Update and manage content calendar
- Conduct market research weekly to stay on top of trending content
Marketing:
(Proficient in Klaviyo, Google & Meta Ad Manager)
- Digital Ads - Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram
- Print Ads
- Execute email and sms marketing campaigns
- Promote upcoming events, sales and promotions, through social media and Klaviyo
- Conduct influencer collaborations and prepare content proposals
- Oversee Influencer Marketing and budget
- Coordinate promotions, events, and partnerships to expand our reach
- Measure and report performance of all marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Customer Service:
- Respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner while maintaining excellent customer service
- Update automated messages on social media chats to make sure information is correct
- Respond to emails and SMS messaging from customers through Klaviyo
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, influencers, and partners.
Collaboration:
- Attend weekly calls with Wrapsody team to discuss upcoming events
- Communicate daily with store locations regarding materials or content needed
- Collaborate with Web Manager to ensure posts are linkable on Instagram and Facebook
- Maintain strong relationships with local press to promote store openings, events, & news submission
Strategy:
- Update and plan content calendar daily
- Analyze campaign and social media post performance
- Attend required marketing and strategy meetings with Wrapsody upper management and external business partners as needed
- Create strategies for online and in store goals
- Organize Marketing and Events calendar
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our online community
