What is a Bid Day Package?
A Bid Day Package is a special surprise for any girl who is participating in recruitment at Auburn University. You can preorder this special gift for your student to pickup on Bid Day! We have packages ranging from $50-$200 full of great gifts. She will be so excited to be decked out in her new letters within hours of joining her new sorority!
How do I order a Bid Day Package?
All orders can be placed online by following a few easy steps! Don't forget to include all of your information when checking out so that we can reach you or the student on Bid Day!
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time you checkout and submit your order. You will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you do not see the confirmation email in your primary inbox, please check your junk/spam folder!
Can I use an online discount for the Bid Day preorder site?
Unfortunately, Bid Day package orders are not able to be discounted. Any Wrapsody discounts are NOT valid for
use on our Bid Day site.
What does the package look like?
Each order is packaged in a white box with a bow that coordinates with the sorority color!
What if my student needs to exchange an item in a Bid Day package?
If any items need to be exchanged, students will have until Tuesday, September 2nd to make any exchanges. All packages must be picked up by Saturday, August 23rd.
What happens if you run out of any items I ordered?
Orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis. We always recommend ordering as soon as possible! Due to the amount of orders we receive, it is always possible that we will run out of some items in certain sororities.
If we run out of an item, we will provide your student with a gift certificate for the out-of-stock item. Once we have received a restock of the item, we will immediately notify your student to come pick up the item she did not receive in her Bid Day package. Our restock shipments typically arrive about 4 weeks after Bid Day!
What if my student does not receive a bid or chooses to not accept a bid?
In the event that your rushee drops from recruitment or does not receive a bid on Bid Day, we offer the option of a full refund or for your student to receive an in-store gift card with the amount you spent on the package!
When placing your Bid Day package order, you will be asked to select one of the options listed above. On Bid Day, we will automatically abide by the selection you made on the order form.
If you chose the in-store gift card, your student will be notified within one business day that they have a gift to be picked up. If you chose a refund, your card will automatically be refunded. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to process back to the original form of payment. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please call us at 334-833-9944.
If your daughter receives a bid and does NOT accept it, you have 7 business days to let us know and return the package for a full refund. Any boxes/items not brought back before this deadline will be eligible for store credit only.
When will my student’s package be available for pickup?
Bid Day orders must be placed by 4pm CT on Friday August 15th to ensure availability for pick-up on Bid Day! After bids are issued, the designated pickup contact will be sent a text and email to notify them that the package is ready and what time they can pick it up!
The pickup time is estimated to start around 2:30-2:45pm and will run until 6:30pm CT. The highest volume pickup time is usually between 3-5pm, so please plan accordingly!
The pickup location is located at the back of Wrapsody of Auburn (112 N. College St). Look for the tents and signs directing you to our pickup spot. Curbside pickup is not an option, you must come to the tent for in-person pickup.
How do you know which sorority she joined?
We receive the top secret list in the early morning hours of Bid Day. Please note that you are ordering a generic Bid Day package based on the items you like best! On Bid Day, we will fill your student’s package with the items you ordered in the sorority she received.
